Our Leadership
Emma Misner is obsessed with how leadership, people practices, and ongoing results (profit) relate to each other. Starting way back in the 1990's, Emma began researching what makes great companies tick. She draws on her decades of leadership in academia, operations, and in people practices to help her clients create thriving profitable and sustainable cultures for their teams and their businesses.
